Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 2, 2026 · Last updated: November 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how KissCam, LLC (“KissCam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit kisscam.com (the “Site”), submit a licensing inquiry, or otherwise communicate with us. It applies to visitors and business contacts worldwide. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

KissCam, LLC is a limited liability company based in Denver, Colorado, United States. For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and similar laws, KissCam, LLC is the “controller” of the personal information described in this Policy.

Privacy questions and requests: info@kisscam.com
Mailing address: Please contact us for our full mailing address.
EU/UK representation: For questions about our representation in the European Union or United Kingdom, please contact us at info@kisscam.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a licensing inquiry or contact us, we collect the information you provide, which may include your full name, work email address, organization name, territory or market, the licensing pathway you select (for example, experiences, entertainment, or consumer products), project details such as format type, platform, development stage, product category, retail market and timing, and any other information you choose to include in your message. Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account, or government ID information) in an inquiry.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, links clicked, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this through server logs and through Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

Information from other sources. We may receive business contact information about you from publicly available sources, event partners, or people who refer you to us, in connection with a potential licensing relationship.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to: respond to and evaluate licensing and partnership inquiries; communicate with you about potential or existing business relationships; negotiate, perform, and administer agreements; operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; understand how visitors use the Site; protect our trademarks, intellectual property, and legal rights, and prevent fraud or misuse; and comply with legal obligations. If you are a business contact, we may also send you occasional updates about KissCam licensing opportunities; you can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.

4. Legal bases for processing (EEA, UK and similar jurisdictions)

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or a similar law applies, we rely on the following legal bases: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and performance of a contract (responding to and handling licensing inquiries and agreements); legitimate interests (operating and securing the Site, developing our licensing business, and protecting our rights), balanced against your rights and interests; consent (analytics cookies where consent is required, and certain marketing communications), which you may withdraw at any time; and legal obligation (complying with applicable laws).

5. How we share information

Personal information is shared with executive-level team members at KissCam for business development purposes.

6. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and usage. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) that collect information about your device and browsing on the Site. We use this information only in aggregate to understand and improve the Site, and we do not use it for advertising. Where the law requires consent (for example, in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), analytics cookies are used only with your consent. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information under applicable U.S. state laws. Because standards for “Do Not Track” browser signals have not been finalized, the Site does not respond to them.

7. International data transfers

KissCam is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live. When we transfer personal information from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum), or on a service provider’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions where applicable. You may contact us for more information about these safeguards.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site and restricted access to inquiry data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information: to know and access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy in a portable format; to correct inaccurate information; to delete your information; to restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests and direct marketing; to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, or profiling (we do not engage in these); and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

These rights are provided by laws including the EU and UK GDPR, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, other U.S. state consumer privacy laws (including those of Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others), Canada’s PIPEDA, Brazil’s LGPD, Australia’s Privacy Act, and similar laws in other countries. We will honor requests as required by the law that applies to you.

How to make a request. Email info@kisscam.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and tell us which right you wish to exercise. We will verify your identity using information we already hold (such as confirming the email address you used to contact us). You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of the agent’s authority and confirm your identity directly. We respond within the time required by applicable law (for example, one month under the GDPR and 45 days under U.S. state laws, which may be extended where permitted).

Appeals and complaints. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject “Privacy Appeal”; we will respond within the period required by law. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, and residents of other jurisdictions may contact their privacy regulator (such as their state Attorney General in the U.S.). We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern.

10. Additional information for California residents

In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information, as described in Section 2: identifiers (name, email address, IP address); professional or employment-related information (organization and role details you provide); internet or other electronic network activity (browsing and interaction data on the Site); and inferences of approximate geolocation from IP address. We collect these categories from you, from your device, and from the other sources described above, for the business purposes described in Section 3, and we disclose them to the categories of recipients described in Section 5. We do not sell or share personal information, we have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing personal information of consumers under 16, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would give rise to a right to limit its use.

11. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or under 13 in the United States). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites and services, such as social media platforms and contest sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
